After dealing with a solar company, which left me stranded with a 16 KW Sunsynk inverter, an unbalanced battery and panel set up, I found Renegade.
From the first interaction with Juan, my solar experience could not have been better. Juan‘s professionalism, service and work ethic have been unmatched.

When it comes to solar the term 'fly by night' and 'everybody is suddenly an expert in solar' comes to mind. We approached a few installers and got an array of options and pricing. Some wouldn't be ideal for our needs and some were overkill. Needless to say, I came across Juan and the Renegade team by chance, through an ad shared by a facebook connection.
I reached out to Juan and he provided me with a quote for what I requested. I then requested a site visit and also to meet the person who I will be entrusting with my investment. Juan is a down to earth guy and knows a lot about solar and provided realistic scenarios. After a lengthy discussion he suggested that the initial quote for the system i wanted would have been overkill for our needs and he suggested something way more suitable and to fit within our budget.
A few weeks later we are now fully up and running. Loadshedding is in the past for us and we generate around 98% of our own electricity, thanks to the recommendations by Juan. Renegade only uses quality products with good reputation and support backing.
